(1902, pp. New Algashi now TSIL'ninskaya district - 1941, Moscow), painter. From a family of rural teachers, he graduated in 1922 Simbirsk art College and continued his studies in the higher art, Department of graphics. D. teachers were famous artists: B. Johansson, S. Gerasimov. Since 1938 D. member of the Union of artists of the USSR. Lived and worked in the capital, but his work always remained faithful to the impressions of childhood. This is also said of his work: "Rodnye prostory", "Chuvash wedding", "the mill", "the forge", "Father's court" and etc. Among the works of D. occupy a prominent place landscape picture. He was also a master of portraits and graphic works. Personal exhibitions in Moscow, Cheboksary, participated in the traveling exhibition of Chuvash artists in Ulyanovsk.
