Honored artist of Russia (1974). Born in Orenburg. He graduated from the Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture. I. E. Repin in Leningrad (1956), in 1960, he was accepted into the USSR Union of artists. For many years he directed the organization of the Orenburg CX. The participant of more than 50 Federal, Republican and regional exhibitions, including personal. Author of monuments, busts, plaques, genre works in plaster, bronze, marble, wood, chamotte. Among them, the monuments to A. S. Pushkin and V. I. Dahl, I. Nepluev, a memorial plaque in memory of P. I. Rychkova, Shevchenko, V. P. Polyanichko, a group of sculptures of the "Grieving mother" and others. Winner of them. Musa Jalil and "Orenburg lyre" (1999), winner of the contest for the monument to Fyodor Chaliapin in Kazan.
