Born in Kemerovo. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1994. In 1959-1964 she studied at the Palekh Art School. Teacher - B.M. Nemtinov. Since 1964 she worked in the Palekh art-production workshops.
She worked a lot in the genre of a miniature portrait. Themes of works: history, literature, genre scenes. Participant of exhibitions since 1975.
The works of Yu.I. Belozerova (Russina) are stored in museums: GMPI, Ivanovo OXM, HF of Russia, Ministry of Culture of Russia.
