Born in Tomsk in the family of Cossacks - immigrants from the Kuban. Honored artist of the RSFSR, member of the Union of artists of Russia. Illustrated almost all the works of Sholokhov. In 1959, Y. P. Rebrov completed the drawings to the chapters of the novel "They fought for the Motherland". The second option is a series of drawings to the chapters of the novel included in the Deluxe edition of the book for the 50th anniversary of the Victory.
