Honored artist of Russia. Born in the Semenov district. Semenov graduated from a technical vocational school in 1971. Master Khokhloma ornament. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1996. 1983-participant of regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal ("Great Volga", 1991, 1998), Republican (1985 Kazan, Cheboksary, 1987, 1990), national (Moscow, 1991, 1998, 2001) art exhibitions.
Is a mentor for the youth.
