Painter, graphic artist. In 1947 he enrolled in MGHI them. V. I. Surikov, the student P. V. Malkov, P. Korin, A. M. Gritsai, V. N. Yakovlev. In 1952 he graduated from the Institute with honors. His thesis "Rest" was repeatedly reproduced. He taught at the Moscow architectural Institute and in MGHI them. V. I. Surikov. Professor, author of books on the art of drawing and plastic anatomy. Constant participant of all-Union, all-Russia and Moscow exhibitions since 1952 Solo exhibitions Gudkova L. V. took place in Moscow in 1982, and 1997, the artist's Works are in the Museum of Revolution (Moscow), the Museum of history and reconstruction of Moscow, in many regional museums and in private collections and galleries of Russia, England, Germany, Italy, Belgium.
