Mikhail
Evdokimovich Tkachev

Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Born November 10, 1912 in the town of Kalach, Voronezh province.

In the years 1932-1937 Mikhail Tkachev attends evening art school in Leningrad, then the Studio district Officers named by S. M. Kirov.

Studied with Mikhail Avilov, Sergei Priselkov, Pavel Naumov, Yefim Cheptsov.

Participant of exhibitions since 1952.

Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1952.

Paints landscapes, portraits, genre paintings, sketches from life.

Personal exhibitions in Leningrad (1986) and St. Petersburg (1992).

Works of Mikhail Tkachev are in museums and private collections in Russia, Japan, France, USA and other countries.
