Born in 1940 in the city of Orsha, Vitebsk region of Belarus. In 1959. he graduated from the faculty of drawing and painting at the Moscow all-Union art University named after N. To. Krupskaya, where he studied with S. M. Manizer. The artist traveled the country, visited Alma-ATA, Voronezh, Odessa, (where he studied at the art school), went to Sakhalin, Khabarovsk territory and Chukotka, worked in Crimea, and since 1974, lives and works in Karelia.

Painter, graphic artist; a landscape painter, engaged in household genre, still life. Born in Orsha, Vitebsk region, Belarusian SSR in 1940, the Honored worker of arts of RK (1996). Member of the artists ' (1980).
