Born in 1961 in Tashkent. He graduated from the Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture. I. E. Repin Academy of Arts, faculty of painting. - Member of the USSR Union 1990 C 1995-TCR and IFA. 2003 - Member of the Ministry of agriculture.
