First impressions of the great art was in childhood, when visiting Cherepovets workshop of the sculptor, the deserved artist A. Sapelkina. In the early grades of secondary school went to the children's art room. From 6 to 9 class is finishing a children's art school of the city of Cherepovets. From 1985 to 1989 studying in the Tver art College named A. G. Venetsianova, parallel communicating and studying in the workshop of the Tver master of still life, people's artist V. F. Shumilov.
