In 1930-34, chief architect of Moscow. the development of the General plan of reconstruction of Moscow (1935). From 1934 he was engaged in matters of urban planning at All. Acad. architecture, arms. the development of the General plan of development of the Caucasian Mineral Waters (1933-36), Rostov-on-don (1944-46) and other projects. Author of the book. "The improvement of cities" (1912).
