Tanyusha Zaitseva is a contemporary Russian artist based in St. Petersburg.
She drew from childhood, as she went, on the white walls of my grandmother's house, graduated from the children's art school in secondary school (4 years old), but did not come to a professional painting immediately, chose the profession of a lawyer, higher legal education.
More than 10 years of an office career and 15 years of residence in St. Petersburg led to the resumption of painting. Since 2016, these have been various master classes and private lessons, since January 2017, a year's training with a famous professional Artist, and since February 2018, independent improvement of writing skills and searching for your own style in your Workshop.
Since 2016, constant participation in exhibitions of the city and various projects, paintings are in private collections in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Russia, Switzerland, Rome, Italy and other countries.
The work was influenced by such recognized masters of painting as Monet, Kuindzhi, Levitan, Vrubel, Konchalovsky, Renoir, Masterkova, Frida Kahlo, Richter, Lyapin, Selenin and Blokhin.
All the paintings are painted in oil using traditional technologies, but in the very style of his work he prefers to experiment, combine the incongruous: almost watercolor spreading of liquid oil with greasy, pasty strokes, bright, pure colors, impressionism turning into expression, reality on the verge of the abstract.
The artist adheres to the life concept of “Slowliving” and considers it a real luxury of our life to have free time for ourselves, to enjoy small pleasures, such as walking in the city's parks and gardens, on the embankments of the Neva, a cup of coffee on a terrace with a view or a glass of wine with a book in hand.
