Born February 9 in Vyborg. Graduated from the Art and Graphic Department of the LSPI named after V.I. Herzen (1981) with Professor Mikhail Alexandrovich Kaneyev. Engaged in etching and painting since 1980. Colonel of the police. Member of the Council of the creative club "Union of Arts" Leningrad regional branch of the All-Russian Police Association IPA. Cooperated with the LOHF CGI (1989).
