St. Petersburg artist, master of plein air and landscape, one of the organizers of the St. Petersburg "School of Plein air".
Graduate of the Leningrad Art College named after V.A. Serov, 1975, specialty painting. Teachers: Yuri Gorikov, Zakhar Meshchevsky, Vyacheslav Zagonek, Michael Goldin. Lived and worked in St. Petersburg. He organized a group of urban landscape artists "Plein Air School". In the 1990s he painted many full-scale landscapes of the city from the Police Bridge. His lonely figure with a sketchbook is remembered by many attentive St. Petersburgers.
